Timberlake Homes, Inc. a family-run business, began building homes and neighborhoods in and around Maryland in the early 60's. We are proud to have provided affordable condominiums, luxury town homes and distinctive single-family homes for thousands of homebuyers over the years.

John Lucente led our company for more than 20 years, and today, his tradition of excellence is being carried on by his son, Frank Lucente, and son-in-law, John Minzer. Frank and John have assembled a team of experienced individuals., and when you speak with a Timberlake team member - any team member - you will see that the people behind the company are as solid as the foundations we build. Together they remain dedicated to ensuring the continuation of Mr. Lucente's vision for a company committed to integrity and focused on the most important element of a new home - you, the homeowner.

In 2000 Timberlake Custom Homes, LLC was established to meet the needs of the total custom homebuyer. Each year, this division builds a select number of custom luxury homes on buyers' own homesites - whether tucked within a neighborhood or on a private piece of land.

As Timberlake continued to grow, it also began to diversify, and in 2002, Timberlake Building & Renovations, LLC was founded. Now, under the direction of President Dave Lunden, Timberlake Building & Renovations specializes in large-scale, luxury home additions, complete or partial home remodeling and custom home building on one of our homesites or a buyer’s own homesite.
